AUV offers students educational programs and study plans that meet their specific needs and interests, allowing them to progress more quickly and further on their educational path.

Students can complete studies in their preferred field of specialty through 2+2 UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM that consist of 2 years of foundational coursework followed by 2 years of specialization. These are the program structures followed by most American universities. However, at AUV, students have a unique opportunity. They can choose to complete 2 years of foundational courses in Vietnam and transfer to one of AUV's partner universities in the US to complete their bachelor program without any difficulty.

THE 4 + 1 PROGRAM consists of a four-year bachelor's degree followed by a one-year master's degree program. Students complete their bachelor's degree in Vietnam and enroll directly into their chosen master's program at one of our partner colleges without GRE or GMAT test scores.

AUV DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAM uses smart virtual classrooms that allow students to take classes at affiliated universities while staying at the AUV campus. As a result, this program saves time and money for students who wish to study at top universities in the United States.

Recently, the American University in Vietnam (AUV) is honored to announce the signing of a Strategic Agreement with the Vietnam Aviation Business Association (VABA) that will launch a comprehensive collaboration to organize and promote aviation training programs in Vietnam and the USA. This event marks a significant step forward in AUV's development in training human resources for the aviation industry in Vietnam, something that no university in Vietnam has been able to do before.
