On behalf of Arizona State University, the American University in Vietnam, the University of Danang – University of Science and Technology, and our partners, it is our pleasure to host the seventh annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Conference (STEMCON) in Vietnam.

The theme for STEMCON 2019 is “The Future Digital Workforce: Implications and Opportunities in STEM.” Today, we live in a world of software and connected systems that were unbelievable just a few years ago. STEMCON 2019 will create a dialogue of how we must embrace this disruption, reimagine how we teach STEM, the impact on the current education workforce model, and explore how to adapt to this change.

The World Economic Forum predicts that the majority of children that are now entering primary school will be in careers that currently do not exist. Join us during this two-day conference which includes: interactive plenary and technical sessions, panel discussions, exhibits, and workshops. STEMCON brings together industry, academic, and government leaders to discuss the opportunities and implications in STEM education as we prepare for the digital future.
