Ranked among the “Top 20” destinations in the world, DaNang combines big city amenities with a small town feel.

Benefitting from an endless beachfront and elegant riverfront promenade, DaNang is bordered by nearby mountains and some of the top historical and cultural sites in the Central region of Vietnam.

Within a short drive of the campus (easily accessible by regular buses), students can experience scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing and sailing off the Cham Islands; visits to historic sites such as the My Son Holy City; a ride on one of the longest cable cars in the world to Ba Na Hills or the food and culture of Hoi An.

At night, Danang City comes alive with quaint coffee shops, riverfront restaurants, and places to relax and socialize with new friends.

DaNang is also an easy, one- hour flight to the bustling cities of the country; Hanoi, the capital and Ho Chi Minh City, the business hub. AUV internships and field trips to these cities, and elsewhere in Vietnam and Southeast Asia are regular features of an AUV education.
